Keith did an excellent job of listening to what my husband and I wanted in a truck. We ended up changing our mind a few times and he was always willing to regroup and present new options. Phenomenal service and upfront pricing. I loved the way they were honest from top to bottom. They even called me back later that day when another $500 rebate became available. Well what can I say..We got to work with Mike again! We actually came in on a day he was off and came back in when we could work with him. We were on family vacation and saw the truck that we had been looking for. We pulled into the lot at 6:45 PM and Morgan came out to talk to us. It was a Saturday and they were willing to stay late for us to been looking for. We pulled into the lot at 6:45 PM and Morgan came out to talk to us. From the time I walked in the building to the time I drove out of there in my new car I felt I was in good hands. I do not know much about cars so I brought my son with to help me. They informed me of everything I needed to know, and answered all the questions my son had without hesitation. They were very friendly and we met more than just the salesman while we were there. Everyone in the building was very friendly. I shopped around a little before I made it to New Prague Auto and they were the easiest to talk about price with. No pressure and no smoke and mirrors.
