I was simply looking at a Honda and the web page is very misleading with the amount down if you have "2010 or newer to trade". Here is my experience in a nutshell... Drove up called the sales person, I am here. Salesman David Schoettler came out. Looked at the vehicle, started to ask questions, could not answer all of the questions I had. Test drive the vehicle, asked questions, still no answer. Came back let's see what we can do... Brought information in and out to an office, had no idea what was going on, came back that I have to have money down. The used vehicle with 87000 came to almost $18,000 with no warranty, WOW! Totally given the notice that I was a waste of time and not worth dealing with from the communication of the "head of the office" per the salesperson. When I finally realized where the sales person was going it was just a hot spot to make fun of clients and dismiss them for not trying to be serious. Sorry, I don't have money down, sorry I want to sell my car outright, sorry, I wanted to look at an SUV, sorry, sorry, sorry. I have never walked out of a dealership in humiliation and such a bad taste in my mouth! Would be nice if those men there perfectly ironed shirts could maybe have some communication with you instead of sitting back in their chair? Thank you, but no thank you, Mary Jo More

I live in Seattle WA and all the Ford Dealerships in the entire area throughout WA, and the U.S. have marked up the trucks $5K-$15k at least over MSRP and are out for every penny they can make, but that is not the case with this genuinely honest Dealership. It was well worth flying to Minneapolis from Seattle WA and driving the truck back home. I just can' say enough great things about my complete satisfaction but I can say I also bought a 2019 F250 in April of that year and experienced the same professionalism. Also within the next two years I intend on buying a new F350 or F450 for my business and a new F150 Lariat for personal use from this same Dealership. Five stars throughout John J. Seattle WA More
