This was hardly the first vehicle we have ever purchased but the most pleasant experience by far! Our sales rep, Josh R, scheduled us for a test drive the morning after we called, had the everything ready but the most pleasant experience by far! Our sales rep, Josh R, scheduled us for a test drive the morning after we called, had the everything ready for us, and walked us through all of the details with a cheery smile! Even the financing was painless and we drove out a couple of hours later with our "new" car cleaned, detailed and our phones synced! I also have to mention that everyone was very nice, as was the facility and shop. We will be returning for both service and future needs for our new wheels and old Jeeps. These people act like it is an honor to purchase a car from them. Appointment only and then say they won't have time to test drive the selection of vehicles you want in one visit. Didn't bother to put all the cars I was interested in together or even pull any of them up so they were ready for my appointment time. Spent more time walking around the parking lot! After getting my choices down to 2 my husband stopped by the next day to just look at them and they couldn't even pull them up and open them so he could see them without an appointment! He had to find them on the lot himself and look thru the windows! So glad I purchased from a different dealer! More
