Mr. Kennedy and his team could not make the decision to buy another Jeep any easier. Friendly ,knowledgeable, and reliable. We also had a hiccup with the Jeep we were going to get. Tim sales guy was great! Only thing I think could be better is less pressure on the sales guy he was trying to juggle multiple customers at the same time. He did do it very well however and apologized for any inconvenience every time something came up even minor. Jim (finance guy) screwed me around. Had a truck picked out was supposed to buy Thursday morning he told me to come in. Failed to mention he had the day off and wouldn’t let anyone else help me and the truck sold because of it. Than when I did find one and bought it he had nothing to do with the sale anyways. So I lost the truck I wanted for no reason. I’d give zero stars if allowed. And when he was back in and I tried working with him he wouldn’t answer calls/call back. I understand the busy work environment, but I had an issue with a car I bought from you guys(used car) and ended up losing 15k total because the motor was ruined spent 10k on the car 5k trying to fix it. Jim said he would do what he could to help make it right. I guess his way of doing that is to screw your around make you lose the truck you wanted because he makes appts on his day off. And doesn’t want you getting help from any other finance guy who was working. I will never be buying from Belzer again after this experience. I should have learned after a family member had the same experience here. Honestly think Tim(sales guy) doesn’t fit in at a place like this or maybe my bad experience isn’t normal but either way Tim(sales) was great to work with. More
