I had what was easily the WORST vehicle buying experience of my life with New Prague CJDR. I regret the purchase and am saddened by the length of time I have to live with my mistake. Not only were promise of my life with New Prague CJDR. I regret the purchase and am saddened by the length of time I have to live with my mistake. Not only were promises made and not kept, but problems with the transaction were blamed on me, the customer, instead of owned by the sales team. Contracts were not fulfilled. Dishonest, lazy, and unorganized is how I would describe this dealer. People like Tom Gorman are why car salesmen have the stigma they do. I now always have an opinion in my circle of friends to not buy from Jeff Belzer's. More
