helpful, knowledgeable, fair pricing Dealt with Shane Whittal in sales. Told him we didn't want to buy new. He brought the next best thing, certified model of vehicle we were interested i Dealt with Shane Whittal in sales. Told him we didn't want to buy new. We asked to see a new Ford edge Titanium, when he brought it out he explained the differences in features and pricing. After comparing, the new vehicle just made more sense. Shane did a great job of helping us make an informed decision that we were comfortable with. Talked to Alex about accessories, he explained options , we chose and he made them happen with no hard sell which we appreciated. Justin in finance made the paperwork portion of deal quick and easy. He also explained warranty coverages and options. We chose what was right for us, again no hard sell. Also appreciated. Bob, was great in helping us get acquainted with vehicle.
