Even though I drove a 14 Outlander, he took us out in the lot to look at the 16 model year and offered a test drive. Could not find one on the lot, but found one I wanted at another dealer. But because I had such a good experience back in 2004 with D'Ambrosio, wanted this purchase to go thru with D'Ambrosio. They got the vehicle I wanted for a very good price. David kept me fully informed thru the entire process, whether by e-mail or phone. I am extremely fortunate and glad that I went back to D'Ambrosio for my new car purchase. It was well worth the drive. Spent two hours on a Friday night and then sealed the deal with a phone call on Saturday morning. Could not ask for a better experience. More

There was absolutely no feeling of being rushed or pushed into a vehicle that didn't exactly meet our specifications. Dave located a car within an hour away and had a dealer trade lined up for Saturday. We took delivery on Monday. Total time on the sales floor did not exceed 2.5 hours. AMAZING!!! More
