Not delivering on promises one of the reasons that I chose Jeff D''''Ambrosio to purchase a vehicle is because the their reputation, however the past week my joy has been turned one of the reasons that I chose Jeff D''''Ambrosio to purchase a vehicle is because the their reputation, however the past week my joy has been turned to sadness because my second remote had been listed on the car's tag but per sales person Jim Balch (at the time of sale) could not locate it, promise me that he would in fact locate it, call me to see if I wanted to stop in and retrieve it or he could mailed it the following day .... as well as the 1500.00 savings coupon book that was offered with a purchase the only contact with Jim was initiated by me 06/03/2016 (4 days later) I also left a message for the used car sales manager Jack Caroselli (name given to me by the phone operator) for a call back as well (06/06/2016) I am reaching out to you for help in this matter because we need closure in the matter because if the only remote in my possession goes on the brink then I purchased a vehicle that I cannot operate.
