Not delivering on promises one of the reasons that I chose Jeff D''''Ambrosio to purchase a vehicle is because the their reputation, however the past week my joy has been turned one of the reasons that I chose Jeff D''''Ambrosio to purchase a vehicle is because the their reputation, however the past week my joy has been turned to sadness because my second remote had been listed on the car's tag but per sales person Jim Balch (at the time of sale) could not locate it, promise me that he would in fact locate it, call me to see if I wanted to stop in and retrieve it or he could mailed it the following day .... as well as the 1500.00 savings coupon book that was offered with a purchase the only contact with Jim was initiated by me 06/03/2016 (4 days later) I also left a message for the used car sales manager Jack Caroselli (name given to me by the phone operator) for a call back as well (06/06/2016) I am reaching out to you for help in this matter because we need closure in the matter because if the only remote in my possession goes on the brink then I purchased a vehicle that I cannot operate. More

Dishonest First, let me say after purchasing the Jeep Wrangler we were charged for a second key. Next, I was told that my credit rating was lower than what it a First, let me say after purchasing the Jeep Wrangler we were charged for a second key. Next, I was told that my credit rating was lower than what it actually was, thereby receiving a higher interest rate. I found this out the day after the purchase when my credit union called to tell me that they noticed a check for a down payment on a vehicle to your dealership, and that they had not seen the loan offered to another bank or credit union. They stated that they could do better on an interest rate and would like to offer me a loan. They also explained that my credit rating was higher than what was stated at the dealership. I was also told that I could get a soft top for my Wrangler at cost, but found that was also not true. This is the second vehicle that I have purchased from your dealership and feel that I was not treated honestly. More

I felt no pressure or obligation like other car dealers and t I purchased my last car from Jordan White. He is absolutely by far the BEST SALESMAN!!!! I felt no pressure or obligation like other car dealers and this is my 5th new car. He worked very hard to make sure the deal was exactly what I wanted and that the payment and rate were exactly where we had talked about. Other dealers I looked at before would tell me they could give me what I wanted but never held their deal. Jordan is a man of his word and for that about 3 months after my car we bought another car from him.
