Exceptional service and quick processing. I ordered my cars from South Carolina from Reed Jacques. He promised a quick turnaround. We drove up to Pennsylvania, arrived at 10:30 on Saturday and drove away at 11:15. And we purchased two cars. Reed and Jas Woolwone were quick, knowledgeable and very efficient. Dishonest First, let me say after purchasing the Jeep Wrangler we were charged for a second key. Next, I was told that my credit rating was lower than what it a First, let me say after purchasing the Jeep Wrangler we were charged for a second key. Next, I was told that my credit rating was lower than what it actually was, thereby receiving a higher interest rate. I found this out the day after the purchase when my credit union called to tell me that they noticed a check for a down payment on a vehicle to your dealership, and that they had not seen the loan offered to another bank or credit union. They stated that they could do better on an interest rate and would like to offer me a loan. They also explained that my credit rating was higher than what was stated at the dealership. I was also told that I could get a soft top for my Wrangler at cost, but found that was also not true. This is the second vehicle that I have purchased from your dealership and feel that I was not treated honestly. More

Awesome service I purchased my last car from Jordan White. He is absolutely by far the BEST SALESMAN!!!! I felt no pressure or obligation like other car dealers and t I purchased my last car from Jordan White. He is absolutely by far the BEST SALESMAN!!!! I felt no pressure or obligation like other car dealers and this is my 5th new car. He worked very hard to make sure the deal was exactly what I wanted and that the payment and rate were exactly where we had talked about. Other dealers I looked at before would tell me they could give me what I wanted but never held their deal. Jordan is a man of his word and for that about 3 months after my car we bought another car from him. I hope that he is recognized for his hard work and dedication to me as the customers and I will always be buying my cars from him now!!! More
