I was a bit surprized I drove a bit out of my way to go to D'Ambrosio because of a bad feeling I got from my local Chrysler dealership. From the minute I walked in the door I drove a bit out of my way to go to D'Ambrosio because of a bad feeling I got from my local Chrysler dealership. From the minute I walked in the door I had a good experience. It's a BIG, bustling place with lots of people, but EVERYONE stopped and asked if I needed help. I said I was interested in looking at some Grand Cherokees and a minute later Brooks Donahue introduced himself and I was on my way to a successful purchase. He was great - answered all of my questions and never got tired of me wanting to see every car they had on the lot. Ultimately, when it came time to negotiate the sale, I made it clear that I hate the process and he only had one shot to do the "checking with the boss" routine - otherwise I would bolt. One shot is all it took and we had a deal. I just came back from my first service experience - getting my oil changed. That was so simple and fast and ORGANIZED. Again, from the moment I drove up to the express entrance to the moment they handed me the car back it was a pleasure. It's not that close, but they make it great. More
