The only thing I'm very upset about is when I picked the truck up I was handed one valet key and when I asked about the key fobs I was told I had to buy them out of pocket that all I was being giving was one valet key and that was it. So now I'm limited what I can do in my truck because of that and can't afford to go spend almost 300 bucks to get the key fob right now. More

He found my dream car literally everything I wanted he listened to and found the perfect one for me. As I continue to buy cars thru life I will never go anywhere other than Jeffs. I recommend them to my family and friends and even customers at my work. I cant put into words how happy I was with the service they provided to me. Doug is so exceptional that I wish someone could give him an award for being so amazing! They managed to finance me despite having poor credit! If Jeffs cant do it no one can. Lenny was a great manager as well he made sure I was happy with my purchase as did Doug he was very intent on making sure I left with a car I absolutely loved and he absolutely succeeded!! More

Back in a Wrangler! I had leased a vehicle to lower my payment but was not completely in love with it. Not only was he the nicest and most personable salesmen I have met, he was incredibly knowledgeable and efficient. I had researched the car I was interested in before coming in but still had a lot of questions. Bob was able to not only answer all of my questions but work with the finance guys to get me a deal in under an hour and a half and I left feeling like I have known him for 20 years.
