Horrible Experience!! My girlfriend and I recently made a deeply regrettable purchase from this dealership. This was our first car buying experience, and our first mistake was not bringing someone along who has done this before. We arrived at the location prepared to see/test drive some used cars we had seen online. First, we were completely ignored. When we did ask for help, the associate, Bob Wehlan, acted as if it was a huge inconvenience. We were then given the runaround- the cars we viewed online were no longer available, we couldnt look at any cars until he checked my girlfriends credit, we didnt qualify for any model cars we were interested in, and WE DIDNT QUALIFY TO PURCHASE A USED MODEL, ONLY NEW!!! Of course, being our first experience, we didn't know any better until after the fact. We left that day and decided to return and recieve help from another associate. However, when we returned Bob was the only associate who was 'allowed' to help us. Ultimately, we were sold a new car that we didnt want, but given our lack of credit we weren't sure if we could do any better. Fine, our mistake. NOW, its been roughly 1.5 months since the original purchase/pickup date of this NEW car, and it already has to have a completely new transmission. Of course, we made this into an issue and were told numerous times that this was "normal" and it "happens all the time". We were oversold on a vehicle we didnt want, with a ridiculous interest rate, and that hasent even been in our possession for two months before breaking. When I suggested that they give us a brand new car given the circumstances, I was told that my request was unreasonable and that there was no customer satisfaction time period. It was suggested that in a few months we trade in the car for something different. Yes, we made a mistake in allowing ourselves to be pushed into this car, but it is outrageous that we are stuck with a car that is defective I do not EVER recommend that you purchase from here. You will be lied to, cheated on, and spoken down to. Save your time and energy and look elsewhere!!!! More

Fortunately our experience (my husband and I) was outstanding. Our credit is not the best, and the finance person, DONNY VONG, was THE BEST. He worked so hard to be able to get us in a car that we could afford, but not just that, he wanted to make sure that we also liked the car and that we were "happy" with the vehicle and the transaction. We did not feel that he was talking down to us, or made us feel uncomfortable in any way, Thank you, thank you Donny, you are the best. I also want to thank and praise our salesperson, MICHAEL SHIMER. Knowledgeable, personable, patient and a lot of fun, he behaved like a true professional and old friend. Thank you Mickey. Best Place to Purchase a Car It started in '03 with the purchase of our first Mitsubishi Outlander. Yes, the Mitsubishi Outlander is an incredibly reliable crossover SUV. My '07 It started in '03 with the purchase of our first Mitsubishi Outlander. Yes, the Mitsubishi Outlander is an incredibly reliable crossover SUV. My '07, purchased new, is now at 116,000 miles and in all these years, beyond routine oil changes and tire rotations, it has only cost us $3000 total for repairs. These cars run forever. At traffic lights my '07 idles so quietly you'd think it wasn't running at all. Today we purchased a '16 Outlander for my husband. I look forward to enjoying many years of trouble-free driving. Now here's the best part - we simply love the dealership. After all these years we feel like family. I trust their repair people and thank them all with a special shout out to Kyle Clay, my '07's mechanic of choice. As car sales people, there is none better than Bob Whelan. He makes the purchase easy, relaxed, and actually fun! Seriously, if you are in the market for a new or used car, please give this dealership and its knowledgeable staff of professionals a try! More

If it says call for price not ready for sale We had a very bad experience with trying to purchase a vehicle after driving about an hour away to purchase a vehicle that we saw online the vehicle w We had a very bad experience with trying to purchase a vehicle after driving about an hour away to purchase a vehicle that we saw online the vehicle was not ready to sell. They had us sign paperwork on a vehicle that had not even pass inspection yet but they made it seemed like it was no big deal and the car would be ready the following day 4 days later car still wasn't ready. The manager said that because the car said call for pricing online that they just rec it as a trade in and not gone through inspection yet. We bought the car Tuesday and cancelled everything on Friday beacuse now the car wasn't going to be ready until the following week. Had they told us that the car was not ready to sell yet we would not have made the drive to purchase the car. Online it indicated that they had already had the car for almost 2 weeks before we came to look at it. They also made it seemed like it was no big deal to loose the sale. By the time we cancelled the transaction they had the car for 16 days. They didn't look very hard on trying to find us another car. There are plenty of other car dealerships Jeff D'Ambrosio is not the only one. I would not recommend this dealership. More

He was extremely knowledgeable on the specs and technology in the vehicle and took the time to search for rebates and incentives for me.
