If it says call for price not ready for sale We had a very bad experience with trying to purchase a vehicle after driving about an hour away to purchase a vehicle that we saw online the vehicle w We had a very bad experience with trying to purchase a vehicle after driving about an hour away to purchase a vehicle that we saw online the vehicle was not ready to sell. They had us sign paperwork on a vehicle that had not even pass inspection yet but they made it seemed like it was no big deal and the car would be ready the following day 4 days later car still wasn't ready. The manager said that because the car said call for pricing online that they just rec it as a trade in and not gone through inspection yet. We bought the car Tuesday and cancelled everything on Friday beacuse now the car wasn't going to be ready until the following week. Had they told us that the car was not ready to sell yet we would not have made the drive to purchase the car. Online it indicated that they had already had the car for almost 2 weeks before we came to look at it. They also made it seemed like it was no big deal to loose the sale. By the time we cancelled the transaction they had the car for 16 days. They didn't look very hard on trying to find us another car. There are plenty of other car dealerships Jeff D'Ambrosio is not the only one. I would not recommend this dealership. More

Great Sales Experience! I had a wonderful experience purchasing my new Jeep from D'Ambrosio. The salesperson that helped my with the purchase was Adam Shaffer. He was extreme I had a wonderful experience purchasing my new Jeep from D'Ambrosio. The salesperson that helped my with the purchase was Adam Shaffer. He was extremely knowledgeable on the specs and technology in the vehicle and took the time to search for rebates and incentives for me. I would highly recommend anyone that is interested in purchasing a new vehicle to stop by Adam's desk first. Horrible dealership They lie, cheat, and steal. The make open ended promises and fail to follow through on any commitments or obligations. They are unprofessional, inco They lie, cheat, and steal. The told me that my trade in was only worth $10000, but turned around and sold it for $21000. They promised me a check for $7xx so that I could glass coat my car (when they failed to follow through on doing it themselves) because they stuck marketing stickers all over my brand new Jeep Wrangler, even though I specifically told them not to. The were supposed to add a 5 year extended warranty to my new wrangler - never did. I waited 9 hours, with a 6 month old, at their dealership while they tried to figure out our car buying situation, after they failed to build us the right car 5 weeks before --- during that nine hours, no one even offered me a bottle of water - nothing. They have been making open ended promises to "resolve" our issues since November 2015 - nothing has been done. Absolutely nothing. They are a joke. They are thieves. They are dishonest and selfish. Minutes after my initial request Jake Jewell reached out to me and we started a conversation on my wants and needs. He listened and understood my needs perfectly and was able to locate the exact outlander that I wanted. I came to the dealer and met Bob Whelan. Bob was tremendous in answering the questions that my wife and i had. The process was very straightforward and there were no "dealer games" that are played at most new car dealerships. After a price was agreed upon with my trade, Bob facilitated the process through the finance office through the delivery of my new vehicle. He explained all the options very well and showed me things that other dealers i dealt with didn't even think to bring up. He was a wonderful representative to deal with and I am so appreciative of him and everyone else over at Jeff D'Ambrosio This will be the first of many dealings that i will have with Bob and the folks over there in Downingtown.
