The car was sitting in a different state in a hauling train. I was promised it would arrive on the lot within the next couple days... Less than 24 hours it arrived on the lot. Edgar then detailed the car himself to get it ready for me. Mind you he was sick a couple days before, was taking care of his sick kids the night before and it was raining like crazy out! Also, the price we agreed upon over the phone, was the same price on my paper work. Every additional amount was said and explained; down to the penny (taxes, tags, etc). Another great guy helping me out from the very beginning was Wendell J. Wigley. He's not like those pushy salesman type. And once I figured out what price I was comfortable with, he led me to the right person. Thanks Wendell!! I had a great experience buying my first brand new car because I truly felt like I could trust who was helping me! Will be doing business again with Jeff D'Ambrosio in the future. More
