BUYING NEW JEEP Went to the dealership on 2-13-16 . Meet with Tiffany and Brandon,[they both were GREAT TO US] They let us drive 2 jeeps , but they were not what we w Went to the dealership on 2-13-16 . Meet with Tiffany and Brandon,[they both were GREAT TO US] They let us drive 2 jeeps , but they were not what we wanted.They found 1 for us and brought it in.I got a check for the FULL amount from my credit union and went to pick it up on 2-22-16. THEN THE DEAL WENT SOUR FAST. A guy named Sean started doing paperwork with me and said they could NOT GIVE ME THE C/O for 2-3 WEEKS , He said it has to go to Harrisburg,then back to the dealer to get notarized!!!! I said that was unacceptable, I have a check for the FULL AMOUNT.AND my credit union requires me to get tags and registration with in 1 week. I told him I have NEVER NOT RECEIVED A CERTIFICATE OF ORIGIN OR TITLE WHEN PAYING IN FULL. I left to leave and got in my car and LOW AND BEHOLD SOME GUY [WHICH I FIND OUT IS 'JACK' THE SALES MANAGER BANGING ON MY WINDOW .He says he wants my wife and I to come inside and fill out a credit application to make the C/O paperwork to go faster . I said i have full payment in my hand !!!! Jack turned down a $ 42,000 check !! THERE IS NOW WAY AT ALL HE SHOULD BE A SALES MANAGER ! I wonder if the owner REALLY KNOWS HOW INCOMPETENT HIS SALES MANAGER IS. I LEFT. I get a call in the the morning from the title clerk stating the C/O IS ready,, So that PROVES TO ME THAT Sean is a LIAR. Then I GET A CALL FROM JACK and he starts an ATTITUDE with me and I tell him no thanks and I hang up!!!! LIES AND DECEPTION PROVEN. I decided to try Jeff D'Ambrosio to see if it was different. It is - very, Jack McGrath is your template for the new Sales Professional, not once did he try and deter us from what we wanted because it made it harder to find the vehicle, there was no hard sell and as all his other reviews call out he was polite respectful and courteous. He kept us informed throughout the process, well after we had committed to purchasing the car - his service was excellent. If I am looking to buy a new car in the future I will be coming back to Jeff D'Ambrosio not just because of the ranges of makes VW, Chrysler, Chevy, Mitusbishi, etc but because of Jack. More

They have been nothing This is the second car that I have purchased from Jeff D'Ambrosio's. Both times I have worked with Doug Ditmer and Lenny Condi. They have been nothing but helpful and amazing! This time, they went out of there way to get the car we wanted in from 6 hours away, and did all of the work so we had nothing to worry about. I live two hours away from the dealership, and the only time I was able to get down to pick the car up was Friday evening. Lenny stayed late to make sure everything was good with the car, and Doug came in on his day off to work around our schedules! I highly recommend going to Jeff D'Ambrosio's for your next vehicle!! The deals are unbeatable, and the staff is wonderful! More

Mr. Lenny Condi helped me out and put up with all of my stern demands. He worked with me on my budget and helped me choose a Jeep that was within the criteria. Bob Whelan was amazing as well. I usually feel pressured when walking into car dealerships, but Lenny and Bob made me feel comfortable and there was no pressure at all to purchase. They offered me just what I wanted for my trade in, and made sure my monthly payments were within my budget as well. Both of them were patient with me and did a fantastic job in helping me select the vehicle that was perfect for me. Thank you Bob and Lenny! More

I work across the street at the US Post Office and notice a Lexus on the lot I was interested in. I stop Jeff D’Ambrosio is very dishonest car dealer. I work across the street at the US Post Office and notice a Lexus on the lot I was interested in. I stopped over during my lunch break to look at the vehicle and to my surprise I was not hounded by a salesman but had to go and search for one. I asked the salesman Adam if anything was wrong with vehicle besides the rusty rotors and brakes. He said not at all, all vehicles are serviced here. So I purchased the vehicle. I asked for an extended warranty but was not offered a choice but a “bumper to bumper warranty “for $1,900. I drove the vehicle home and the check engine light came on and the windows did not operate. I contacted service (Mike) and brought the car back to get it fixed. During that time I did research on the warranty company “Continental”. I contacted Terrance in Finance and in writing to informed him I no longer wanted the extended warranty. He advised me that he will cancel the warranty right away and ensured me that I would have a refund from the warranty credited to the loan within 4-6 weeks. The service department kept the car for two weeks attempting to fix the problem. I brought the car home and the check engine light right back on. It seems the code was cleared. The car was kept for a week and serviced again. I was asked if the service manager could drive the car home for the weekend to test vehicle adding more miles to car that was so called serviced. The vehicle was repaired after 3 weeks of not having it after purchasing it. 4-6 weeks has passed I contacted Continental Warranty Service in DE on 12/7/15, I was told that the warranty was never canceled and to contact the dealership. I contacted Jeff D’Ambrosio to enquire about refund from canceled warranty. They told me they canceled the warranty at the end of October. I informed Joel the Manager that I contacted the warranty company that day before contacting him and was advised warranty was never canceled. Joel told me I would receive a refund and they will resend cancelation again to warranty company. Joel transferred me to finance person. On Jan 22, 2016 I contacted Continental Warranty Service and was informed that they sent refund check to Jeff D’Ambrosio on Dec. 12, 2015. I contacted Joel Jan. 22, 2016 to inquire about refund he advised me to speak with Faith in finance. I contacted Faith in finance and was told she sent refund check to bank over night. I contacted the bank who advised they neither received any payment from the dealership. I called the dealership each day enquires about refund and was told that the check was mailed to bank but was not provided any tracking number. The bank informed me they received no payment from dealership. I contacted General Manager Sean Sullivan who told me there was a mix up in the check for the past 60 days going back in forth from the dealership to the bank. He then gave me his word and phone number advising he will over-night the refund check to me on Feb.12, 2016. Today is the 16th of Feb still I have no check but lie after lie. I will never buy a vehicle from Jeff D’Ambrosio nor will I have friends and family purchase from them. Jeff D’Ambrosio is very dishonest and I will seek to contact BBB and make a formal complaint. I also have in writing that dealership stated they were canceling warranty and refunding me my money. More
