Lindsay was extremely helpful in answering all of my questions, providing more information, and even took the time to snap some pics of the vehicle and emailed them to me. She put me in touch with Adam over the phone, so I could put a deposit down until I could come to the dealership. A few days later I arrived, but I had forgotten Adam's name, which caused some confusion as another sales rep told me my Wrangler was already sold! Once we all figured out what was going on, and I met with Adam, things were quickly squared away. Adam was great, and very knowledgeable of the vehicle. He has even called and emailed me a few times to check up on my satisfaction. He even called once while I was taking an off-roading class! This dealership has the best selection of Jeeps out of anywhere I searched, which was the main reason I was willing to drive there from the Reading area. There was no pressure during closing to purchase addition items such as extended warranties, just the facts were presented. Everyone was very accommodating, even offered my daughter and I pizza for lunch! More

I got to the dealership at 10:30 am and left the dealership with my new car at 12:50. Not only did I get my used car traded in, they found a car of my liking very quickly and made the process of buying my first car very painless. On top of that, I received a soda, a personal pizza and flowers for my girlfriend while waiting for my car to be ready. More
