Great Jeep buying experience! I have to say that this was the most pleasant car buying experience I have ever had. I had researched the vehicle in advance, so I knew what I wanted I have to say that this was the most pleasant car buying experience I have ever had. I had researched the vehicle in advance, so I knew what I wanted. From the first interaction online with Tina Dunn online I was impressed. Tina's email was not simply an automated reply, rather it was specific to my inquiry. Of all the online replies I received from several dealerships, this was the only one that was useful--and the only one I replied to. She informed me that the specific vehicle I was interested in was on the lot and available. This email was the reason that I visited your dealership--in lieu of others. When I arrived at the dealership, Milt was the first person to greet me, and did so promptly and politely. He was friendly and professional in all our dealings. He made it easy to use the USAA car buying service, so that there was not any haggling over price--it was all as agreed to. Milt conducted a very pleasant test drive with me. He was knowledgable about the vehicle, and able to explain all aspects of its operation. There were no high-pressure sales tactics employed at any time by anyone I interacted with. No games were played. I found this experience refreshing! When I picked up the vehicle the experience was very professional, with no undue pressure to purchase add-ons, although they were properly offered. Milt indoctrinated me in the operation of the vehicle, so that I was comfortable with driving it away. He also introduced me to the service staff. The vehicle was cleaned and prepared, and had a full tank of gas. All in all, the best car-buying experience I have ever had!! I would certainly recommend Jeff D'Ambrosio to any new car buyer. I made an appointment where I met my sales rep Tony Gabel. Tony was a total joy to work with, took his time to go over the vehicle with me and explain my options. I felt more like a friend to him than just another sale. I'm glad I made the trip out there, an hour+ from my house, I feel like I left with the best deal possible and some new friends. More

With significant credit challenges, I have been to over 2 dozen different dealerships in the Phila metro, south and north Jersey and have gotten nothing but a run-around. However, at D'Ambrosio's, I quickly found an adequate vehicle, the salesmen got right down to work and didn't waste a second of my time. Financing couldn't have gone more smoothly and the deal I got was far and away better than anything proposed during my entire time of auto shopping.
