I knew I wanted a Fiat 500X or a Jeep Renegade.David Williams was very informative,he showed me many SUV's.I was in the dealership for 4 hours. David Williams asked me about cars I drove years ago. My favorite was a Toyota Supra in 1986 and a 280Z2+2 in 1980. I was so passionate about these two cars, it was a great time of my life and I had wonderful memories driving these cars but my life style had changed.I needed more storage but still wanted sporty. I left the dealership and told him I still had time before my lease was up.David Williams called me every couple of days to let me know what new SUV's had arrived at the dealership.The SUV's I thought I liked were too small for my Interior Design business. I really did like the Mitsubishi Outlander I was returning,but I wanted sporty. To my delight, David showed me a 2016 Mitsubishi Outlander GT V6 pearl white. Wow,It was gorgeous, sporty and a SUV!!!! I was sold.I remembering telling him your good,your good.He gave me exactly what I needed and everything I wanted.Its been 2 months now and I am so ecstatic with my GT. I really don't mind my car payments every month because I got a fabulous looking SUV that is excellent on gas .I am a single career woman that came back to the same dealership because I was treated with respect.I did ask many questions and was given the answers cheerfully,not being judged because I didn't know, I am a layperson when it comes to cars.I like what I like but need to ask questions, silly or not. I have had a wonderful experience at this dealership and wanted to share this information with you. That is why I rated Jeff D'ambrosio Auto Group excellent. More
