Once on the lot I was approached immediately by another salesperson, I was 2 hours early for my agreed appointment time, the salesperson went to locate Bob, who was with another customer, within 15 minutes he came and introduced himself. Showed me the car I was looking at, gave detailed highlights and options about the vehicle, very knowledgeable about every vehicle I was inquiring about. Bottom line, Do yourself a favor, just stop by if needing a vehicle you'll be so glad you did. Ask for Bob Holmes if possible, if unavailable, I am sure another salesperson will be just as great.
