My wife and I both purch I wanted to take a few minutes and relate our recent car buying experience at Jeff D’Ambrosio Auto Group in Downingtown PA. My wife and I both purchased new cars (she a Mitsubishi, and I, a Jeep Wrangler Unlimited), and we were more than pleased with the whole experience. We both have pretty crazy schedules and neither of us knew exactly what we wanted, only that we both needed new cars. When we explained to our Salesman Eric Gorbitz and General Manager Alfie Yannatelli that we needed the time and space to make a selection from their ample inventory, they were both extremely accommodating, letting us come back several times and test drive several vehicles each time without any pressure to buy or nagging phone calls later. They were always pleasant, always had everything ready and waiting for us when we came in, and never pushy like you would expect a typical car salesman to be. When it came time to talk price, that was easy too. I personally believe that a good deal is a fair deal for everyone, and they offered us what I considered to be a good price for each vehicle the first time. No back and forth. No bickering. I saved some money and they made some money which enables them to stay in business, provide jobs, pay taxes, and make fair deals for others. Everyone wins and nobody looses. To sum it up, we had a really enjoyable car buying experience, we love our new vehicles, and we made some new friends in Eric and Alfie. It was my lunch break and I was wandering around the car lot trying to figure out what I wanted to do. I no longer felt safe in my car and I needed someone to understand that and Jordan did and he reassured me that I needed to feel safe in any car. He didn't hassle me, he simply lead me to some cars that he thought would suit me. I liked what I saw especially because he explained so many details of each vehicle that I found myself wanting to hear more. He asked if I had time to come talk to him inside and I agreed. He made the experience of purchasing a new car worth the effort. He in no way assumed that I was buying a car at that moment, he made sure he explained everything to me. His body language, tone of voice and smooth demeanor showed me that he wasn't being a pushy salesman (there are plenty of them to go around!!!!) but a genuine person trying to help me make a decision. I mentioned my mom being interested in a car and he simply said when she's ready feel free to bring her in and I will do my best to help her out. The mere fact that he said he would do his best makes it worth going back. I will return to Jordan White for future purchases because of the comfortable feeling he left me with during the sale.
