They both made truly it smooth and simple. They weren't AT ALL pushy, and made sure I was comfortable with the final decision, even calling me at home one last time to give me a heads up on a minor change, before I went in to sign the final paperwork. Jeff D’Ambrosio had a few SUV’s we liked that we found online. We met Adam Shaffer there and told him our whole life story, what we were looking for, and our price range. He showed us the 2011 Ford edge that was on our list which we knew was the one we wanted. Adam found answers to all of our questions and was extremely accommodating. He worked with Sean Sullivan the next day to get us approved. Everyone at the dealership was great and friendly. Even one of the girls at the front desk had a football catch with my daughter to keep her occupied while I signed paperwork. Adam offered great hospitality and has a life-long customer because of it. I will be returning soon for a second vehicle. Thanks Adam and team! More
Service department took my GTi for a joyride I brought my 2015 GTI in for its first oil change and check up. My mileage read 9,533 and their paperwork confirmed this. I came to pick up my car and I brought my 2015 GTI in for its first oil change and check up. My mileage read 9,533 and their paperwork confirmed this. I came to pick up my car and drove 3 miles home. When I arrived home I noticed my odometer was at 9,560. So during my cars “oil change” 24 miles showed up on my car. I checked the ‘Since Start’ driving data on my dash and it read 21 minutes, 22 miles and AVERAGE SPEED 62 mph. Someone from the service department took my car for a RECKLESS JOYRIDE! I called the service manager who claimed there was no record of my car being road tested, and had no explanation for the additional miles. He then politely offered to top off my gas tank and take my car to the local car wash. I will NEVER bring my car back here. More

Planes, Trains, and Automobiles! I recently purchased a 2015 Jeep Cherokee Latitude from Jeff D'Ambrosio Auto Group. After building my ideal Jeep online with Jeep.com, I then searche I recently purchased a 2015 Jeep Cherokee Latitude from Jeff D'Ambrosio Auto Group. After building my ideal Jeep online with Jeep.com, I then searched for dealerships in my area (i.e., District of Columbia, Virginia, and Maryland) that had an exact match. I even visited numerous dealerships in the area to confirm whether or not they had my ideal Jeep, but to no avail. While I have bought numerous cars over the years, I have never bought a car outside of the state in which I live. After visiting Jeep.com, once again, and confirming that Jeff D'Ambrosio Auto Group in Downington, PA was the closest dealership that had a Jeep that was an exact match, I hesitantly called the dealership after visiting its website and seeing the Jeep. I am so glad that I did! I will never forget that my call was an 'exploratory' call because I did not have any intentions of driving to Pennsylvania to negotiate a sales price that may or may not be acceptable to me, only to drive home, again, disappointed. However, I spoke to Lindsay Law, Internet Sales, and she provided me with an upfront price for the Jeep that included any eligible promotions or discounts for which I qualified. Because I had already done my research, I knew that the price was an exceptional one. After speaking to Lindsay, she sent me the finance application that I could complete online. Nevertheless, I needed at least 24 hours to think about it. Truthfully, all I could think about was the distance and time that it would take me to secure my new Jeep by traveling to and from Pennsylvania. The next day, I completed the on-line finance application, and Lindsay told me that I was approved. I then needed to make arrangements to travel to the dealership the next day to pick up my new Jeep. I explained my dilemma to Lindsay, and she researched viable options for me, which included, Amtrak. She then worked with Eric Huggins in Sales to ensure that I had transport from the Amtrak station to the dealership. Eric personally picked me up in my new 2015 Jeep Cherokee Latitude. What a wonderful surprise! Eric reviewed the initial paperwork with me, gave me an excellent introduction to the Jeep, connected my smartphone to UConnect, and gave me driving directions home. I drove out of the dealership parking lot with a full tank of gas! You see, my journey first started with my dropping off my rental car at the airport near the District of Columbia, then taking the Amtrak to Exton, PA, and finally driving home in the Jeep of my choice. The experience was sheer perfection from visiting the dealership's website to view available Jeeps, working with Lindsay and Eric to finalize the purchase, to completing the financing paperwork with Donnie, Finance Director. Did I mention, Eric gave me a bouquet of yellow roses? This is just one more tangible way that the dealership makes the car buying experience memorable for its customers! It has been approximately one month since I purchased my new Jeep. Each day, when I see my Jeep, I reflect upon the fact that I could have settled for less than my exact match and instead of experiencing extreme happiness, I would be experiencing severe regret. It is because of my outstanding customer service experience and subsequent complete satisfaction that I highly recommend that everyone who desires a similar experience purchase his/her next vehicle from Jeff D'Ambrosio Auto Group even if you have to take a plane, train, or automobile or all three to purchase your ideal vehicle from knowledgeable, experienced, and caring professionals.
