It all began with filling out a credit application, days prior to visit, online through their website, it was very easy and not a lengthy process. After deciding what I could afford I spoke with Jen W. and she informed me what would most likely fit in my budget. She is very informative with her knowledge and a very pleasant individual to be around. Next, after narrowing down my options, I took a test drive with Tom Brown. Mr. Brown was very patient while we took more than one test drive to figure out exactly what vehicle I wanted. Upon figuring out what vehicle suited me best, Alfie Yannatelli made it very easy to work with, he also got me the price I needed to fit right in my budget. When I decided to get a new vehicle, I knew I wanted a new Jeep Wranger. I filled out an internet form, and was immediately contacted by Tina Dunn at Jeff D'Ambrosio. She explained that a 15 Wranger in my specs would be arriving on a truck the next day. I flew back to Philly on a "red eye" flight, and drove out to Downingtown. Greg was amazing to work with, and cut me some slack on my repeated, sleep deprived questions. Agreeing to terms on the purchase was easy and painless. Of all the vehicles I have purchased, this was honestly the most pleasurable experience. Greg was attentive to my requests, helpful, and did a full walk through of the vehicle. I just came in for my 1st oil change this week, and it was a great experience. The service guys were outstanding, and it was nice to catch up with Greg once again.
