Everyone I met was friendly and it seemed like a very happy place to work at. Which is very important these days.When it was lunch time, Peps even gave me a sandwhich from primos hoagies because I started to feel my sugar levels drop and get anxious. However, I insisted for him to eat his lunch but he refused to eat in front of the customer which I respected him for but at the same time I felt bad. He made the whole experience really comfortable and smooth. I recommend this place not only for the great inventory but for the people who work there beacuse if they are happy, you know you'll be happy walking out. I also lost my debit card and called Lenny to ask if it might be in the car I traded and he called me back within minutes telling me he found it. Which is very good customer service. Thank you!!!!!! I had two extremely negative experiences dealing with Honda, the only company my family and I have purchased cars from, and went to Jeff D'Ambrosio on a whim. This whim led me to an experience with a staff member, Joe Lombardi, every customer expects from a car company. Since my purchase, 3 months ago, Joe has called me once a month to ensure everything is satisfactory and to inquire if he can do anything further to assist me with my purchase. I stopped by with a couple questions and a personal hands-on 'lesson' on how to take parts off of my new Jeep one afternoon a month after my purchase. Joe not only immediately stopped what he was working on to assist me when he could have been potentially selling vehicles to other customers, but literally rolled up his sleeves and walked me through every question I had until I felt satisfied and my questions were answered. He called me several days after to check back in and, again, asked me to come in whenever I needed at my convenience. Hands down, the best experience I have ever had in dealing with customer service and I couldn't be any happier with my brand new Jeep!
