From the moment we arrived on the lot, we were greeted by friendly and competent employees who assisted us through every stage of the trade-in and buy From the moment we arrived on the lot, we were greeted by friendly and competent employees who assisted us through every stage of the trade-in and buying process. Our sales associated, Jack, greeted us in a very friendly and caring manner and listened to our needs and car-buying goals. He worked with us to find just the right vehicle at a great price. We absolutely love our new Mitsubishi Outlander Sport! He stayed with us every step of the way making sure our trade-in vehicle was assessed, making sure the vehicle we were considering was the right "fit" for us, taking us on a test drive, explaining the various options, helping us to understand the pricing and finance options, right up until he waved good-bye as we drove off in our new car. We never felt pressured or hurried. The sales manager was helpful, and the person in the business office was also extremely friendly and helpful as he talked to us about warranty and insurance options. We even saw Jeff, himself, while we were there who also extended his congratulations to us on our new purchase. We were so pleased and satisfied with the level of customer services at Jeff D'Ambrosio Auto Group that we would give this dealership our highest possible rating. They even served us lunch while we were there, something they apparently do on some Saturdays and holidays. The friendly, family atmosphere was evident during our experience! Car buying at its best! Milt Kenner (Mudflap) is an OUTSTANDING salesman We had a disappointing meeting with a Costco Authorized Chrysler Dealership. Gave up on Costco and went to D'Ambrosio. Met Milt Kenner (Mudflap) o We had a disappointing meeting with a Costco Authorized Chrysler Dealership. Gave up on Costco and went to D'Ambrosio. Met Milt Kenner (Mudflap) one of the D'Ambrosio salesman. He matched the best Costco price and did a lot more: 1) He searched for the specific color/model/options we wanted and agreed to transfer vehicles to his location. Costco Dealership limit sales to vehicles currently in their inventory. 2) Mudflap is extremely knowledgeable and could answer ALL our questions about different models and options. Costco Dealership salesman could not answer questions, and did not know much about 2016 models. That dealer had NO brochures on 2016 models and did NOT even know what colors were available on 2016 models!! Mudflap had all the facts and explained all the choices we had for 2015 and 2016 models. 3) Mudflap gave us a higher price on our vehicle trade-in than the Costco Dealership. 4) It was a fun experience buying a car at D'Ambrosio. We got free, delicious pizza, flowers for my wife, and had an enjoyable, informative, stress-free, negotiation for the perfect car for our needs. AND we got it at a very good price. D'Ambrposio is a first-rate dealership and Milt Kenner (Mudflap) is one of the best salesmen I've met. I highly recommend him and this dealership. Professionalism and class show! More

He is a hard working professional, honest, responsive sales person. He is very patient and never presses for a deal just to sell a car. Although he is very busy he always finds the time to call or sit and discuss without making you feel rushed. I will return to Dave for future car needs. I also will say the Jeff D'Ambrosio service department is the best I have ever dealt with. The people Jeff selects to work for him and the number that are available to help customers is smart business. Lies, Lies, Lies I spoke to two salespeople here about an ML320 they had for sale. I was told it was going in to get some minor work done and they would call me when i I spoke to two salespeople here about an ML320 they had for sale. I was told it was going in to get some minor work done and they would call me when it was ready to look at. They told me it would probably be Monday when it was ready. It took an entire week longer than they had originally estimated till the car was ready so I made plans to go down to look at it. I called Eric, the salesperson I had been working with on Thursday to make sure the car was still there and tell him I was heading down to look at it. I live almost two hours away from the dealership. He told me it was all ready for me. About a half hour before I was to the dealership, I called to let him know I was half an hour away. He said great and would see me soon. He called me back within several minutes and said that a mechanic from the dealership was driving it home as we spoke and it would not be there for me to look at. He said that they had to replace something and needed to drive it 70 miles to reset it, which I don't believe for a second. I told him I had drove over an hour already and wanted to look at. He basically told me tough xxxx, didn't offer a single apology and was very ignorant about the whole thing. I called the salesperson who had originally spoken to me, I believe he might have been a sales manager and left a message for him to call me back. He called me back an hour later and said he was sorry that this happened but that the car had sold. So I now have two completely different stories about what happened and I really don't believe either one. The car is still for sale on Autotrader but obviously has some kind of issues or something that they did not want to admit to. So I was lied to numerous times, drove 2 1/2 hours for nothing and was treated very poorly. They said they would call me back which of course they never did. I would stay far, far away from this dealership and the lying, ignorant salespeople they employ, especially Eric at the Malvern dealership! More
