My wife and I first entered here to get a price value for my older vehicle. We were not interested in buying, but Reed was able to find a miraculous deal in leasing a new vehicle. I stopped in on Saturday March 15 to look at minivans and/or a Dodge Durango or a Jeep. I currently lease a Ford Escape and was considering change to different vehicle. My two children and I walked into the showroom and was not greeted by anyone. We looked at the cars on the showroom floor including inside to determine if it was what we wanted. No one bothered to greet us or ask to help us - it was only when we walked out that someone said are you being helped. We said no and kept on walking. There was salesperson in the lot who pointed us to the minivans and Jeeps and did help us slightly, but at that point I already knew I was staying with my Ford Escape and my dealer, Fred Beans. I believe that D'Ambrosio has gotten too big and deals in far too many makes of cars to really know what people want. I was not impressed at all!!!! And we did purchase a new truck from them last year without any issues and were very happy with our experience then. Good luck to anyone who walks into D'Ambrosio looking for help and guidance! More

When we started all my son knew was that he wanted a car. He had done research on the Internet but hadn't answered some critical questions such as financing. Tony was able to find us a great rate, rebates and explain everything in terms that even someone with no credit history could understand. He injected personal stories and examples which made everything clear and made him much more approachable. Tony made the experience less about sales and more like an old family friend offering advice and the benefit of his experience. This was a very low pressure sale. All the pros and cons of the options were very clearly explained and our many follow-up calls were handled promptly and patiently. He even pretended to understand why the car had to be blue to match our other cars. On the day we took delivery it was a family event and Tony got in the party spirit with hugs, ceremony and laughs all around. We will definitely make Tony and Jeff D'Ambrosio our first stop the next time we decide to go car shopping. A truly memorable experience!!!!!!!!! More
