Our Dodge Challenger broke down on the highway on a Saturday morning. We are from Upstate NY and were traveling in PA. We called a tow truck and several Dodge dealerships. No one EXCEPT Jeff D'Ambrosio Auto Group would even agree to LOOK at the car until Monday! We towed the car to D'Ambrosio's. Denise May was our first contact. She made us feel welcome and confident that we might be able to get our car up and running that day. She kept us updated throughout the afternoon as they had procedures to follow with a car under warranty. I had previously contacted Lindsey Law through the internet and she also came out to meet me! She set me up with a salesman to look at a new Mitsubishi vehicle. They provided fresh coffee, fresh pumpkin bread, TV and internet! I couldn't believe an auto dealership with such a family atmosphere! It was already after closing time and the car was still not functioning properly! Enter "Chops" from Service! He stayed late, test drove the vehicle and was able to figure out the problem. (It was an easy fix by the way). No charge for anything! We are above impressed with the Customer Service we received! We would highly recommend them for Sales and Service! I wish we had such a wonderful dealership in our area! Don't even hesitate to visit them! More

Matt was on target I view a Jeep Grand Cherokee online I scheduled an appointment I meet Matt he was extra special I took a test drive he informed of all of the vehicle amenities. When I picked up the vehicle he set up the radio and blue tooth for me stated if I had questions write them down and he would help me with it when I came back. That was so nice of him how many sales personal would do that after they made a sale probably none. So I will differently let people who are looking for a vehicle to go to Jeff D'Ambrosio of Downingtown and speak with Matt he is customer service friendly. More

I found the salesman, Mr Jim Balch, to be friendly, knowledgeable, and easy to deal with. He was able to get me into a van that I was very happy with, and did so with some innovation - getting heated knowledgeable, and easy to deal with. I also had occasion to visit the dealership the day after purchase to ask some questions, and received the same level of customer commitment. I was also impressed with the overall atmosphere in the business. The owner was constantly circulating to make sure that each customer was getting the attention they needed. More

Milton Kenner was awesome! I found the used car I was looking on USAA website. When I arrived at the dealership he was the salesman that showed me the car and eventually sold it to me. I liked the car an looking on USAA website. When I arrived at the dealership he was the salesman that showed me the car and eventually sold it to me. I liked the car and price, but was not totally satisfied with the inside of the car. Milton was honest and friendly. He didn't make any promises about the price or alterations to the vehicle he could not keep. He honored the price on the USAA website that was advertised, even though I did not have a trade in. He had a service employee take care of the inside of vehicle the following Monday. The following Saturday, Milton picked me and my friend up at the train station in my new used car. I was completely satisfied and purchased the car. He took such great care of us that I have already referred a co-worker. It was a good used car buying experience. More
