Nothing about buying a car at Jeff D'Ambrosio lived up to expectations... of the stereotypical car transaction. I worked with Dave Baldwin as a main point of contact and at no time during our conversation d expectations... of the stereotypical car transaction. I worked with Dave Baldwin as a main point of contact and at no time during our conversation did I ever feel like I was being sold into anything. Dave asked questions about what features, considerations and thought went into choosing my car, and wanted to know why I was there. It wasn't until after we had finalized the pricing did he ask if the monthly payment was in my budget range. Typically, i've seen car salesman ask, "what do I need to do to get you in a car today?" or "what payment do you want to have?." Dave never pressured, always had my best interest at hand and was attentive to my questions and needs when I was both in the dealership and working through the phone and over email. Paul Fiedler, the General Manager also greeted me and checked in periodically to make sure my experience was living up to my expectations and was pleasant and helpful if I ever needed to escalate or change my path (which I did not). Lastly, after purchasing my new car, I met the service team and Denise who were extremely pleasant and welcoming. All in all, the experience at Jeff D'Ambrosio made me feel like I was part of the family, and not in a cheesy way. Jeff's staff was professional, courteous of my time, knowledgeable, and always provided insight where needed. I look forward to working with him and his team again down the line. P.S. I was very happy with my salesman Anthony Vega, he listened to me even after I told him that my credit was not the greatest.
