I have to admit that purchasing a car has never been a fun experience to me, especially due to the obstacles I brought to the table (credit issues), but with a sales professionals such as Dave, it was one of the most gratifying experiences I have had! Dave took his time and was patient - to be sure I got the right car that best fit my needs. We toured multiple cars with different packages and features to help me narrow down the best car without going over my budget. I cant believe im saying this but, the finance part of the sale was a pleasure as well. I never once felt uncomfortable or pressured. He walked me through the entire financial contract, warranty, every little button and light the vehicle contained, and gave me a tour of the shop so that I would be comfortable and know exactly what to do when bringing my car in for any work or oil changes. (And to any girl, you know we hate walking into car shops!) I can honestly say that I would not hesitate to return to Jeff Dambrosio Dodge for all my car needs and to purchase another vechile in the future. A car is a car, but as in any business, the PEOPLE make the sale. The genuine warmth, patience(I ask lots of questions), expertise, and concern these people presented to us was truly extraordinary(we dealt mostly with Dave and Paul). They build RELATIONSHIPS-they don't sell cars! In addition to getting excellent service and a great deal, at the end of the day, when we took possession of the car, Dave spent about 1/2 hour with us DEMONSTRATING the car's features, so we would not be "floundering". He did this while attending to other customers, and yet, we didn't KNOW that. He made us feel that we were the most important people in his world, and THAT is what sells cars(or anything else, for that matter). In addition, we have never seen such a clean floor in the shop. I believe there are 9 bays for repairing cars, and as my wife said, you could "eat off the floor". All of this is a credit to management, and at the top is Jeff D'Ambrosio. He creates all of this with his leadership skills-and it shows! My wife has been a Real Estate agent for 22 years and is thorough, critical, and pays great attention to details.
