I was very satisfied with my new vehicle purchase at Jeff D'Ambrosio Mitsubishi. When searching for my new vehicle, I e-mailed there internet sales department with questions about options and price. Tina Dunn responded to my e-mails quickly and professionally. She quoted prices in the e-mail for the vehilce I wanted and the options I wanted. I was even given a price of 800.00 below invoice for the model and options I wanted. They did not have the color vehicle I wanted on their lot, but they gladly searched and found one in the color I wanted and offered to bring it in for the price they quoted me. After this positive experience, I decided to go to the dealership and talk with a sales person and test drive the model I wanted. Tina scheduled an appointment for me with Anthony Vega. Anthony was well prepared to meet me, greeted me with enthusiasm and knew about the type of vehicle I was interested in with the options I wanted. The dealership was very busy and many of the sales people were waiting on customers. I was however greeted as soon as I walked in the door, and Anthony was called to meet me. I had ample time to test drive the vehicle by myself, taking it out on the road for over 30 minutes. When I returned, Anthony greeted me at the door and we had plenty of time to talk about the vehilce and options. The entire buying experience was very positive, no pressure, no hype, no gimmicks, no bait and switch, no empty promises. The price I was quoted in the email was the price I paid. I would highly recommend purchasing a new vehilce from Jeff D'Ambrosio auto group. I bought a 2012 Mitsubishi Outlander which the Dealership had to get from Wilkbarre PA for the color and options I wanted, and this was not a problem. The car was brought down and ready for me in less than a weeks time, only 4 days to be exact and that was including the holiday weekend. If you are thinking about buying a very sporty, fun to drive family vehilce with lots of options at a very reasonable price, (under 26K with blue tooth, 4WD, 3rd row seat, awsome sound system and sun roof) you must give the Mitsubishi Outlander a look and you should definatley see Anthony Vega at Jeff D'Ambrosio Mitsubishi. I drove almost an hour from my house in Southampton Pa, to Downingtown Pa, and I am glad I did. Jeff D'Ambrosio the owner of the dealership was walking around the sales floor, ensuring everyone was being helped and talking with customers. It is very impressive to manage multiple buyers at one time. I was given (in my experience) outstanding customer service, not only by Dave but by the entire staff. We received 12 responses, and started dealing with Jay Jone. jay was awesome and answered all my questions and competitively quoted the vehicle we were interested in. When we visited the dealership Jay had us work with Kevin Izzo and the experience was awesome all the way through the transaction. I plan on shopping there again when the need arises. More
