Jack the used car manager was very helpful as well. The car we purchased was for our 19 year old daughter and we had concerns about tire. Jack offered us his cost for new tires. Jack called the day after we purchased vehicle and we discovered a problem wiht radio and Jack offered us a new one, no problem. This was a wonderful buying experience for me. When I was walking into the dealership Nico approached me to see if I needed any help. I didn’t feel any pressure to purchase the car. I didn’t need a car but I wanted a new car. Nico was able to get me into the car I desired to have at the PRICE I wanted pay for my 2012 Chrysler 200. That was the most important thing, the PRICE I wanted and could afford to pay. His communication with me was excellent. Not pushy!!! I will most definitely recommend my friends and family to the dealership and to ask for NICO. When I came to get the car, I shared with Nico that I had a limited amount of time to complete all the paperwork and needed to get everything done in a short time period. NICO MADE IT HAPPEN. This is probably the only dealership that a person can buy a car over the telepphone. A call made regarding a trade in - Trade up was made with total satisfaction in price and service.
