I was immediately helped by the staff and was shown the exact vehicle I wanted. The price was fantastic and I didn't feel like I was being pushed. I am now a proud owner of a FIAT!!!! i love my car and it is a dream come true. i purchased a mitubishi lancer from the same dealeship and was satisified with the buy so i decided to come back and attempt to is a dream come true. i purchased a mitubishi lancer from the same dealeship and was satisified with the buy so i decided to come back and attempt to get a smaller car. more of one that fits my personality. So i tried VW and had no luck. they wanted to give me a trade in value for my car much lower than what i expected. and the interest on the loan would have been too much. i was not happy. then out of curiosity of the FIAT i went back to jeff diambrosio and was serviced by Edgar T. Floyd. He was great. i told him my financial situation and past with other dealers and he treated me with the utmost respect. i had a dream to own a smaller more gas efficient car and he made it come true. it took about three days for things to go through because he wanted to do things right instead of going for a sale in just one day. i appreciated that because all of the other dealers rushed me and made me feel like my sale wasn't important. So everything went smoothly. if i asked edgar if he recieved my insurance work he said he already had it and we worked great as a team to finish all of the paper work. He let me test drive the car and drive it down the road and it was nice that he let me have that experience alone. i really got to bond with the fiat so to say. and when it came down to what kind of fiat i might be interested in, he took me around the lot and showed me an abundance of options taking the time to sit in each one. and the option i chose i thought would be more expensive but he worked with the numbers and made it affordable for me. And as i was waiting they fed me chic filet :) also Edgar was very well dressed and very professional. on a scale of 1-10 he was a 20 in my book. i look forward to sending many others to this dealership for a car so they can have the same experience i did. More
