So we came back two days later just to talk to him because he seemed very nice and was very interseted in helping us any way possible. He made our experience as fast and easy as possible plus he entertained our 8 month old daughter in the process. So all in all we had a great experience there,we got what we wanted for our trade in and the price was just right on the new car. My husband and I came to D'Ambrosio quite dismayed after a bad experience at Videon in Newtown Square. Just another example of why the car industry has such a bad reputation. First of all, Jeff himself greeted us in a warm, friendly manner then within 5 minutes we were introduced to our salesman, Dave Baldwin. The energy in the showroom was palpable and contagious as compared to Videon which was dark, dreary and depressing. We told David right up front what we wanted, the price he needed to hit and our timing. We were real buyers with busy lives that did not have any time for games. After some negotiating, Dave hit our numbers and then some with the rebate. All in all our experience was very pleasant, thanks to Dave ,his team and of course, the countless visits from Jeff to make sure the "deal was getting done".....Even though I know Jeff treats all his prospective buyers like this, I actually felt like we were the only buyers in the showroom. That's how special he made me feel......I will be proud to drive around with the D'Ambrosio tag on the car.....and will recommend him to anyone and everyone that I come across.
