I very much appreciated Edgar's professionalism and his efforts to assure that I was completely satisfied with my purchase, the financing, and the offer for my trade in. I am not a fan of the low balling efforts to assure that I was completely satisfied with my purchase, the financing, and the offer for my trade in. I am not a fan of the low balling on the first offer (which is the practice at all dealerships), but as soon as I made it clear I wasn't going to give away my car, Edgar stepped up his efforts. When I left the dealership, I still was not satisfied with the offer. Edgar kept in touch over the next two weeks and "worked some magic" to make an offer that was satisfactory. He did not write me off, simply because he did not make the deal that first night, he kept in touch via email without being pushy. He did not have a car on the lot that had the options I wanted, and he tracked down three potential vehicles at other dealerships in the northeast and found the perfect Fiat 500 Sport for me. I cannot end my review without mentioning that Greg secured financing at 1.9% which exceeded my expectations. I am very satisfied so far with my experience and I hope I can expect the same kind of treatment from the service department in the future. More
