We called ahead, letting the dealer know our needs/desires. When we arrived, Anthony had a vehicle ready for us to look at which he thought would best meet our expectations, although there were needs/desires. When we arrived, Anthony had a vehicle ready for us to look at which he thought would best meet our expectations, although there were MANY vehicles available on the premises that we could have considered. However, his choice eliminated the need for drawn-out comparisons, because it far exceeded what we thought we could afford - There was no point in looking at anything else! He was extremely friendly and polite - not overbearing or pushy, but competent to explain things, and patient with our questions. He did not rush us into any decision. He was quick to check with others at the dealership to confirm particulars when necessary, and he worked hard to get us a price that would fit our budget. We hope he'll be around when we need another car! We would definitely recommend this dealer and this salesperson. More

My Husband and I purchased a 2007 Dodge truck in May of 2011 and were extremely satisfied with the time and dedication of the salespeople at Diambrosio..and the price we negotiated was extremely reasonable 2011 and were extremely satisfied with the time and dedication of the salespeople at Diambrosio..and the price we negotiated was extremely reasonable....We then went back to Diambrosio in July and purchased a new 2011 Jeep Wrangler Sport unlimited and once again we were extremely satisfied with the customer service...In September my Mother was diagnosed with a rare glaucoma and had to have surgery on both of her eyes recently...because I am the one who drives my Mother around, we needed to make a change with our vehicle...the Jeep was fabulous in so many ways..ran great...very roomy...but not great for my mom to get in and out of....So my husband and I went to Jack Caroselli, the used car manager at Diambrosio and he really took care of us...I was very upset that I was going to take a great loss b/c we all know that when you drive a new vehicle off the lot it depreciates considerably...David Baldwin, our salesman and Jack really helped us make a great new choice vehicle without taking too much of a hit...we got a fabulous 2010 Jeep Commander and we are thrilled with it. My mother and father are very comfortable and our kids love it too....My husband and I do not love car dealers but I have to say, and we both feel very strongly, that we will never shop anywhere else for a vehicle...It is also very pleasing to the eye that every time we were in Diambrosio, and we were there quite a bit, the owner Jeff Diambrosio is always there greeting you with a smile and making sure you are walking out of the door satisfied....we would like to thank Jeff..and a special thanks to Jack and to David...you certainly made us feel like family...
