This is our second vehicle bought from the Dealership and Al Green Bakasa. Our first experience in 2008 was great so when we decided to upgrade our current family car we went back to Al Green! We were undecided about what we wanted - SUV vs. minivan and he was so helpful, pointing us in the right direction without being pushy. Al Green is very knowledgable about all the vehicles we looked at, was able to answer all of our questions and put together a great package so that we could drive away in our awesome new Town & Country that weekend! All of the staff was great - from detailing to credit to sales & management. Edgar is enthused! He greeted me in the parking lot and was interested in the car I drove up in.(a Porsche Speedster Replica). I marked him as a "car guy" right away. (Fiat 500) He seems to know every feature of every model. When it came time for purchase negotiation, he was instrumentl in getting (from his manager) the trade in value that I wanted. He went back several times to negotiate with his manager to do even better! Of course I bought the Fiat 500 Sport from him. Edgar even went as far as getting the color that I insisted on by getting that car from a different dealer. When I picked up my new Car. It was Full of Gas, Clean & inspected! As we went through the paperwork Edgar explained EVERYTHING to my satisfaction. We originally came in to have service done on our Mitsubishi. However, it was time for her to go to car heaven with 205,000 miles under her belt. So we were handed over to Bob to find a replacement. He was great in helping us find a vehicle to meet our needs and finances. And, I might add, very patient since this wasn't our intention when we arrived at the dealership that morning. Bob gave us the freedom to roam the lot and never pushed us to make a decision. By the end of the evening, we drove away in a new Endeavor. We had our Montero for 9 years and it was a great vehicle so we are looking forward to another Mitsubishi being as reliable. We live in NJ now and have driven to Jeff D'Ambrosio's for service for the last 2 years. The service is great and very reliable. Now, we have a new vehicle and when we need service we will go back to say hi to Bob. And, of course, when we need another vehicle, Bob will be our go-to man. More
