I decided to go to Jeff D'Ambrosio to look for a car because my son had purchased a 2008 Dodge Durango from Salesman Rich Shepps and he got a really good deal. Rich wasn't in but I met Salesman Nick because my son had purchased a 2008 Dodge Durango from Salesman Rich Shepps and he got a really good deal. Rich wasn't in but I met Salesman Nick Mandell. I was looking for a used suv but after the help I got from Nick, I was able to get a 2011 Jeep Compass at a very good deal. Nick was very pleasant and helpful. If there was something I didn't understand, he explained it to me. He very patient. When I did decide to get the Jeep, it took a little longer to get the paperwork and Nick stayed after they were closed so I was able leave with my Jeep. I would also like to thank Tricia for helping getting the paperwork done. I have had my Jeep for two months now and I love it. Edgar was very patient and most helpful in his selection of the new Fiat. The staff was very friendly and made the experience very positive and very low-pressured. they all worked very well together. Len already had a Mitsubishi Galant from this dealership and has been coming to them for years for the care of his car. This was my first visit to this establishment, and I must say I am very impressed. Edgar took the time to show us around (mostly I think for my benefit!) and showed us where we would come in for servicing, that he would be sending us reminders, and that we would be dealing directly with him for any upkeep, problems or questions. He certainly was a blessing!! I also got to meet the owner of the establishment (he presented me with roses!) and the manager. The sweet lady that helped us with the paperwork was very professional and helpful and made the experience less stressful!! I now view them as trusted advisors, rather than just service representatives. In addition to the outstanding personnel, the entire service experience at Jeff D'Ambrosio is of excellent quality. I drop my car off in a bay and am immediately met by a greeter. Information gathering is effortless. Estimated time-to-completion is well determined. Service is wonderful. They take the initiative regarding status calls. The quality of work if great, and I never believe I am technically or financially taken advantage of at Jeff D'Ambrosio.
