Heard that Fiat was coming back to the US & it took a year until I learned that Jeff D'Ambrosio would be the nearest dealer (50 miles). Never dealt with them before but started talking to them months ag year until I learned that Jeff D'Ambrosio would be the nearest dealer (50 miles). Never dealt with them before but started talking to them months ago & understood cars wouldn't be available until April. Got my new Fiat yesterday in their beautiful Fiat only studio. What a wonderful experience. Fiat salesman Edgar Floyd spent more time with me at delivery than salesmen who sold me much more expensive cars in the past. He said he will be my contact for anything & everything @ D'Ambrosio Fiat, unlike some who don't want to be bothered by the customer after the car is sold. Full tank of gas too. And the Fiat is great, just so much fun to drive. EVERYONE who sees it loves it. More

As a first time woman buyer, looking for a car was stressful. I went to several dealerships and spoke with several salesmen that were VERY pushy, anxious and rude. To Whom it may concern, I had my truck in for service To Whom it may concern, I had my truck in for service for it's first oil change on Tuesday April 19th, (not positive on the date). The next Morning To Whom it may concern, I had my truck in for service for it's first oil change on Tuesday April 19th, (not positive on the date). The next Morning Wednesday April 20th, I noticed 2 small dents and a paint scraped on the right rear quarter above the tail light. There was no damage to the tail light, bumper etc. I've had this truck looked at and it was suggested that it looks like an exhaust pipe did this damage, possible my truck backing into another vehicle on a lift. I sent the pictures of the damage to Dave Baldwin and he was very helpful in trying to see if it happened at your dealer. I was however very disappointed that the service manager did not contact me or ask to see the truck. I do believe this did happen at your dealer, I have re-traced all my steps and there is no possible way it could have happened anywhere else. Needless to say my truck will not be back at D'ambrossio Dodge in Downingtown Pa. for service, I am very disappointed in the quality of work, since there is just no way this happened anywhere else. I find him to be an honest & credible finance mamager, again very rare these days. He took a great deal of time in researching our deal and always had our best interest in mind when dealing with the banks. From start to finish this deal took shorter than a few days to complete due to the drive of Tiffany & Nick to get this accomplished in a timely & efficient mannner. To be honest, a majority of this deal, better than 80%, was done via phone & email conversations. Tiffany & Nick did such a great job in painting a verbal & mental picture of the vehicle for us....we virtually bought this vehicle sight unseen! When we did physically see the vehicle at the dealership,it was everything that Tiffany & Nick described and more! I gave the best rating because, This has been the easist purchase my wife and I have ever had. The saleman Bob was friendly, the finance & delivery depts were quick. Since then I now have 2 jobs to "dig" out of the credit hole and rebuilt our credit. Overall my wife and I had visited a few dealerships in the past months luckly we didn't get the good "Vibe" from them as we did at Jeff D'Ambrosio. We will tell all our friends, co-workers & anybody walking down the street to go to Jeff D'Ambrosio Auto Group because if they can't get in a car nobody can. More
