Yes I am aware of the issues going on with these vehicles and so is the service department even though they prefer to sweep them under the rug and pretend they never happened. Rough shifting and sometimes not shifting at all is an issue. What’s worse is the car shut itself off on its own when going into an intersection. All the service manager could do is say it needed a software update so should be fixed. Heard that lie fire from them before. When asked if it’ll happen again they just shrug their shoulders and was like well I don’t know maybe. Going into an intersection with no control of the vehicle is safe right? They don’t care about their customers safety or about them at all. Save yourself the hassle and go else where. DONT BUY OR HAVE YOUR SERVICE DONE HERE! More

It was very easy to deal with Kenny Ortiz our sales person, Rick Rowe the sales manager and Mark in finance. I dealt with Kenny and Rick over the phone through texts and emails and from the minute we walked through the doors of the dealership we were treated wonderfully. Finalizing the deal and picking up our new GTI went very smoothly, all the staff was helpful and friendly and wished us well. We left with a new car a full tank of gas and big smiles on our faces.
