As all previous experiences with car dealers have been less than pleasant. I was certain this dealership would be no exception. The shear size of this store was intimidating. All the activity within the show room suggested they rush to sell you a car and send you on your way! This was the furthest thing from the truth. We were greeted by a salesman who ultimately took care of us. When I say "took care of us" I mean, went out of his way to make sure my wife and I were well informed and aware of all the available options. He made us feel like we were his only customer. He was completely focused on providing us with a great buying experience. I have played this game many times over the years, and consider myself a fairly decent negotiator. I was prepared to get their best price and shop at several more stores. I didn't feel the need to do so after spending 4 hours with Greg. I was so confident that I got the best deal possible, I wanted to buy a car from him. Needless to say, we bought our new Jeep from Greg. So far this experience was a good one, however the best was yet to come! It was a Tuesday night and now very late by my standards. Our car was in the far lot (unpaved) and looking a little dirty. So I had expected to pick up the vehicle the following day, as all the detail folks had gone home. What I didn't know was as salesmen was detailing the car himself, while the finance people were preparing our paperwork. It was not the fact that it was 95 degrees outside that impressed me so much as it was the fact that he cared enough to see it through. He didn't want my wife to have to drive her xxx for one more day. Made a believer out of me. The entire process was painless, but I will return another day and by another vehicle from this dealer because of Greg. More

I would highly recommend Dave to anyone who has a pretty good idea of the car they are looking for before they get to the dealership - he didn't waste my time trying to upsell me or offer options that were not necessary, and the complete process was smooth and didn't take very long - i was in and out (including the test drive) in 2 1/2 hours! More
