Purchase of 2017 Jetta, Salesman Neil Pufko Neil Pufko was an outstanding salesman. He was personable and very patient. We spent the better part of the day with him as we were unable to lease Neil Pufko was an outstanding salesman. He was personable and very patient. We spent the better part of the day with him as we were unable to lease the Chrysler 200 which was our preference. He took us out for two rides in different cars and in the end we settled on the 2017 Jetta. Neil was tireless in his encouragement and willingness to help. In the future, we would be very pleased to have Neil's service and help. He went out of his way after the sale to contact us by email and telephone. He is a valued employee. More

2017 Jeep Cherokee dream car and dream sales experience I live and work in the Washington DC metro area. I am extremely busy with work and a teenage daughter and when i needed to purchase a new car there I live and work in the Washington DC metro area. I am extremely busy with work and a teenage daughter and when i needed to purchase a new car there was no doubt i would go to D'Ambrosio in Downingtown to make it happen. I have purchased vehicles from Jeff's team since high school and have never had a bad experience. This time was no exception. I researched what I wanted, connected with Jordan White and explained the vehicle I was interested in, told him the features I preferred and my price point. He located the exact car and had it waiting for me when I drove up from DC over Memorial Day weekend. Within 2 hours I had a brand new car completely financed and ready to take on the road. Added bonus? A great experience trading in my old Escape and the easy transfer of tags to Maryland thanks to D'Ambrosio reimbursing me for the transfer fees. Everyone I spoke to was amazing; Jeff,Jordan the salesman, Tina, Jason in finance, Milt who passed out the ice cream and the guy who detailed my car and had it ready for me to take away....Everyone! There is no need to go anywhere else; this place is the best. More

New to leasing Went to Jeff D'Ambrosio just to learn about leasing a vehicle. There was a no pressure approach by Tina and then Eric. Leasing was explained to my wif Went to Jeff D'Ambrosio just to learn about leasing a vehicle. There was a no pressure approach by Tina and then Eric. Leasing was explained to my wife and I, even though we explained we were only "looking". They took their time even though there was no "promise" from wife or me that we were going home with a new car, We decided that the Memorial Day deals were too good to pass on and decided to lease a new Jeep. Best Dealership ever! Let me start by saying my sales guy, Ismael Ramos is the best!!! I had a truck on a lease and I was over the miles. My credit situation wasn't the best due to a divorce two yeas ago. I went to Toyota, Subaru, Hyundai and Ford. I was turned down by all of them. Got a pre-approval letter from Capital One to go to Jeff D'Ambrosio Dodge. I was skeptical at first but decided to go anyway. To my surprise the sell VW also and after a few hours, they were able to approve me for a brand new 2017 Jetta GLi. I couldn't be happier. Thank you Ismael and the finance guy for the excellent work. Customer for life here!!!! More
