Frustrating Experience Ok so just purchased a certified pre-owned Jeep Grand Cherokee Altitude. I'd describe the sales process as smooth overall, however it was on the back Ok so just purchased a certified pre-owned Jeep Grand Cherokee Altitude. I'd describe the sales process as smooth overall, however it was on the back end where my frustration comes into play. The finance team fouled up the invoice sent over to my loan servicer costing me $2,000 more than the agreed to price of the vehicle after they had already accepted my trade and ran my credit card for the down deposit. A week later I catch the error once my loan servicer sends over the dealership paperwork. While D'Ambrosio did rectify the situation by overnighting a check for the difference the finance mishap has now cost me not only money (higher monthly payment until refinancing can be completed) but time as well due to the back and forth between the dealer and my loan servicer, a problem one doesn't foresee when shelling out a pretty penny for a new vehicle. So overallIi'd say the experience has been quite trying to say the least! More

All aspects of the buying process including the initial greeting, the product differentiation/ description, product configuration, price discussion and negotiation, product delivery and instruction, and discussion of post-sales support were conducted competently and efficiently. He knows how to talk about the product, how to listen, and, importantly, how to keep quiet. The vehicle was delivered in perfect condition, on time, and priced and configured as agreed. No sneak fees or charges. In fact over the phone I was quoted an interest rate of 2.39% which I was very happy with. When I arrived they informed me that another bank actually came in lower at 2.05%. I know this is sad but I was stunned that I was at a car dealership and when they already had me on the hook for a higher rate that they continued to work on getting me a lower one. Also I am from out of State and drove about 60 miles to get to this dealership and it was totally worth it. More

Jeep purchase I went to purchase a Jeep Wrangler. I looked at and drove new and used based on what I told my salesman what I wanted. By the end of our first visit I went to purchase a Jeep Wrangler. By the end of our first visit, I had it narrowed down to two vehicles, so they put sold signs on both vehicles until I made my decision. Needless to say, I changed my mind twice after that initial visit and ended up purchasing the exact vehicle that I really wanted! Throughout the whole time, my salesman was professional, courteous, and beyond patient with me! I cannot tell you how great Dave Baldwin was to work with! On top of that, there were at least a half dozen other employees that assisted me when Dave was busy with another customer. The owner even stopped by a few times to make sure I was getting everything I wanted taken care of! There was absolutely no pressure from the salesman, and I feel like I got the best deal from this dealership, as I did online pricing with other dealerships. More
