Once Paul got the financing through and I secured the car I then worked with Jason Bufke on all the paperwork and warranty. Sloppy with paperwork and covering their end I just traded in my leased 2014 F-150 to lease a 2017 Jeep Wrangler. My sales person was Milton Kenner. All around nice guy, worked with me on getting I just traded in my leased 2014 F-150 to lease a 2017 Jeep Wrangler. My sales person was Milton Kenner. All around nice guy, worked with me on getting close to the numbers I was looking for. Made the deal, however, when it came to paperwork some paperwork was forgotten which didn't seal the deal. I had to return (1 hour drive) Monday to finish the paperwork. This was not the only problem with this deal. Jeff D'ambrosio did not reach out to Ford credit or the dealer to tell them my truck was traded in, only asked for the payoff. I was told they would cover their end on contacting Ford about this deal so my former payment of $415/ month would be stopped from being taken out after I had already traded the truck in. Here we are 6 days after the trade in and my Payment for the Ford is being taken out of my account because Ford had no idea. This issue is still not taken care of. When it comes to selection this is the dealership to go to, but selection is about all. Wanted a quick, easy, enjoyable visit and trade and have not experienced any of that. This is a very stressful situation and not what I would want any other to have to go through. Very disappointed with this. More

They sell cars with undisclosed defects! Buyers Beware! I purchased a 2014 Jeep Grand Cherokee SRT8 from this dealership. I live in Chicago, and this dealership is in PA. I spoke with a sa Buyers Beware! I purchased a 2014 Jeep Grand Cherokee SRT8 from this dealership. I live in Chicago, and this dealership is in PA. I spoke with a salesman their who put me in contact with one of the dealerships employees, because it was the employees personal car. That the dealership was selling for him. I spoke with the employee at least 2 dozen times and hundreds of text messages back and forth. He knew I lived 12 hrs. away and planned on having the car shipped to me. I wanted to be 100% positive about the condition of the car. I asked him numerous times if there were any mechanical issues or dents, dings, scratches etc on the paint. He reassured me that the car was perfect. He told me there wasn't a single scratch/ding on the car. I asked him if the car had ever been in an accident or had any paint work. He did tell me that there was a minor fender bender on the front left side and send me pictures of the damage and pictures after it was repaired. I was okay with that. He promised me there was nothing else done on the car, it is absolutely perfect. I ended up buying the car. I had it shipped to me. When I finally received the car, I saw that the entire front end had rock chips all over, they were some scratches on the back bumper, there is a piece of paint missing on the rear hatch. I wasn't happy, but I didn't say anything and didn't plan on doing anything about it. I figured that it's a used car and I can't expect it to be perfect. A few days later I washed the car and noticed a huge piece of paint that flaked off on the drivers side rear door. I immediately brought it to a body shop. I was in shock with what they told showed and told me. The front end of the car had been repainted of at one point, which I know about, but the bad paint was the drivers side rear door, rear outer panel was just recently repainted. The body shop has said that this was most likely a parking lot paint job-they didn't remove anything, they didn't even sand the old paint down. They just sprayed it. There is over spray all over the truck, all over the trim pieces, taillights, door handles , etc. Since they didn't prep the car for the paint job, know all that paint is just flacking off. They told me that a few car washes or bad rain storms all of the paint will peel off. I couldn't believe my ears. This beautiful car that I spend so much on, and almost half the car has to be repainted know. Aside from that they have to wet sand and buff the entire car to remove all the overspray. I was quoted $1,900.00 to do the repairs. Plus an additional $600.00 to repaint the front bumper, and tailgate from all the rock chips. So know this supposedly perfect car needs $2,500.00 in repairs. Once I found this out I called the guy I bought the car from, he told me sorry but its AS IS, and then hung up the phone on me. I tried calling numerous times and know he won't even answer the phone. I told him I was going to make a claim with the BBB and write a review about the dealership. He said, So what you gotten to do? I even tried calling the general manager of the dealership multiple times and didn't even get a call back. To top it off, he told me that all service has been done on the car. I need new brakes and I have had the car for less than one month. So overall,Please Buyers be very careful, about who you choose to do business with. More
