It started with Stephen in internet sales who set up our appt. and introduced us to Anthony Vega. Anthony was Great...no pressure and answered all our questions. He knew we were surprising our daughter with the car on her 21st birthday and made sure everything would be perfect including the BOW on top! He was just wonderful to work with going above and beyond our expectations! Then there was Alfie, the sales manager...what a nice man! And once again he proved to be someone you can trust and rely on. He set me up with a fantastic salesman, Erik Baron who was considerate, attentive but not pushy in any way. Being a female buying a truck can be very frustrating dealing with salesmen that treat you like "well little lady you don't know anything". Be warned! Do not go to the service department! They are not helpful! I have been 3 times for the same issue and now they are claiming it is out of warranty. Do not go to the service department! The manager was rude, abrasive and adversarial. Do yourself a favor and stay away! More
