Personally I had never dealt with a dealership and was a little nervous at first going in, but let me just say I was beyond blown away by the friendliness of the staff, how comfortable they made us feel, and how comfortable and beautiful the environment was. You always here the spokesperson in dealership commercials say something like "here you're family" and often you might think well "yeah right.." but at Jeff D'ambrosio of downingtown that statement is absolutely true. Brooks Donahue was who we worked with, we told him we wanted a safe, reliable car for our children, and within minutes he found us a beautiful 2014 dodge journey that we just absolutely fell in love with. His concern for our children's safety and well being was very comforting, he made sure all of our car seats fit in the car comfortably, he went over every little detail of the car to insure this was the perfect car for us. Brooks Donahue was extremely friendly, he was very easy to get along with, he worked fast and he worked hard to insure we were completely happy, and by the end of the whole process he felt more like a friend than a car salesman. We also worked with General Manager Paul Fielder, who also blew us away with great customer care and service. He greeted us with a hand shake, and asked us just exactly what we were looking for, how much we were looking to spend, and taking our family into consideration moved the numbers around to perfectly fit our needs. At the end Jack Campbell took care of all the signing and paper work with us, and coming from someone who has absolutely no experience with buying a car, I can say confidently Jack sat us down and explained everything we were signing and why, answered all the questions we had and explained the entire process in a way that left me with a clear understanding of how it all worked. Jeff D'ambrosio of downingtown is much, much more than your typical dealership. They care about you, they care about your family, and they really and truly make you feel at home the minute you walk in. We were beyond satisfied with our service, and we love love love our new car! This family is definitely customers for life. More

My dad went with me, and was blown away at the price difference from the previous place were at. Neil Pufko was my salesperson, and a local from Phoenixville that my dad knew. Neil couldn't have been nicer and more helpful! I testdrove the Jeep I was interested in and we started the paperwork right away. I wasn't expecting to buy a car that day either, just was looking! An excellent and satisfying "teamwork" approach to auto sales that I would recommend management teach to all staff especially so when working with female customers. I will also very gladly build on that by saying that my experience with all of the staff at this dealership was a very unexpected (have had extensive experience in auto sales purchases) and refreshingly positive one for a long overdue change. They are doing definitely doing something right at this particular dealership. Neil Pufco was my sales person. Paul (sales manager?) came by and checked in throughout. Jazz who did my paperwork and finances was wonderful, helpful and made this part of the process so much smoother than any other I've previously experienced. No pressure & professional at all turns.
