I initially did not find the vehicle that I was looking for, but I had the pleasure of m I visited a few dealerships before going to Jeff D'Ambrosio. I initially did not find the vehicle that I was looking for, but I had the pleasure of meeting Jack McGrath in the vehicle lot. Jack was extremely friendly to my father and I as we were looking around. I told Jack that I didn't see anything that fit my price point and style. Jack immediately made it a priority to find something that fit my price range and lo and behold he was able to locate a 2016 Hyundai Elantra that met both the price range and the color/style of vehicle (sedan) that I was looking for. Jack pointed out a lot of tremendous attributes about the Elantra and allowed me to take a test drive on Route 30 as I was determining if I could see myself driving it. After consulting with my father, and loving the feel of the vehicle during the test drive, I was able to work with Jack and several of his fellow co-workers to make my car-buying experience a positive one. Jack's professionalism, attention to detail and ability to answer any and all questions gave me peace of mind as this was my first car-buying experience. Jack even took me to the service area of D'Ambrosio and introduced me to the staff over there that would be servicing my new Hyundai Elantra. I have loved my new car ever since I purchased it.
