Amazing service thanks Bob Holmes I went to Jeff D'ambrosio after seeing a commercial that they could get anyone approved. I didn't believe I would be approved my credit is a disaster. I went to Jeff D'ambrosio after seeing a commercial that they could get anyone approved. I didn't believe I would be approved my credit is a disaster. My median fico is 570. My lowest score is 490. Bob and his team worked their magic and I left there in a brand new 2016 Mitsubishi outlander. Thank you for being so amazing! More

I recently moved and am looking for a new place to service my '13 Jeep Wrangler that was involved in a minor fender bender. Insurance was requesting that I get a new bumper and a diagnosis on a vibration to the drive-train. They straight up refused me!!! Telling me that it was orders from the "top" that they did not want business like that and to take it back to where I bought the car!!! UNREAL!!!! I I will never buy any cars there and will now go out of my way to tell people what a horrible experience I had. Regardless if you bought your car there or not.... this is not how you do business! Very unpleasant person I spoke to. Did not care anything about my situation and the new business I would bring them with my car and others. Completely in shock this just happened! BTW.... I never write reviews.... I had to create an account specifically so that I could. I am that upset with the level of "service" i got from there service department. BEWARE!!!! More
Great communication and friendly I knew exactly what I wanted and Jeff D' Ambrosio was able to get it for me and at the price I wanted to pay. My ideal car didn't exist anywhere, actually the 2016's weren't even in production yet but my salesman Ryan Morrison, was able to order me a 2016 to my exact specifications. It was an anxious 3 weeks, but when my Wrangler Unlimited arrived Ryan snapped a photo of it on the truck and texted it to me. I felt he was just as excited to see it arrive as I was. Ryan is a good guy, easy to talk to, responsive and relaxed. I never felt pressured, and he didn't make up answers for the sake of seeming to know everything like many salespeople sometimes do. If he didn't know something, he would find out for me. Kudos to the Internet Dept. (Steve Ciavardini and Tiffany Fielder) for luring me in to the dealership, and for making sure to track down any information I needed. They even helped when finalizing the deal to confirm my order and the details so we could take it to the next step saving me a trip back to the dealership. Chis, the finance guy was straight up with me about warranties, paint protection, etc. There was no hard sell, which I like. They let their products speak for themselves. All in all this was a good experience and I would recommend you go talk to Ryan, Tiffany, Steve or Bob. More

I recently delivered my 1st baby therefore my little 2 door sports car no longer suited our needs. My husband, brother and I went to see vehicle following business day. Car was test driven first thing and inspected by a local mechanic. Unfortunately all 4 rotors and brake pads needed to be replaced, estimated cost of repairs came to $649.00. The dealership did not agree to lower the price to cover such repairs but agreed to fix all issues in house with a receipt of work performed. That was good enough for me! I desired to trade in my car (in fair condition) however I still owed $2,400. Jeff Dambrosio offered $2,300 for my trade. Wasn't expecting that! I was pre-approved for a loan prior to walking into the dealership however Jeff Dambrosio offered a lower interest rate. Too good to be true! The car came with a 30 day power train/ 3k mile warranty however we knew from the get-go we desired an extended warranty. Car was older etc. Jeff Dambrosio offered 2 forms of extended warranty, Continental (reviews on Google were terrifying) and a bumper to bumper. We were quoted at $1,700 additionally for the Continental and $2,800 for the bumper to bumper (36k mi/ 3yr). Ouch. At this point we were in the dealership for at least 3 hours negotiating; the sales manager quoted us a special price at $2,500. Without hesitation I stated $2,000, not a cent more or I walk. I got the bumper to bumper extended 36,000/3yr warranty for $2,000. Lastly, I asked for the carfax from the sales manager. They provided an autocheck report first, then a car fax report sheet. My head was too wrapped up in negotiating, I forgot to ask! Glad I did.. Car had numerous accidents, auctioned as fleet but in the long run we knew from the start this was a reliable vehicle (did our homework, crash test ratings, reviews) and had an external mechanic give the a-ok. We were anticipating on running this vehicle into the ground anyways so.. I threatened to walk unless they dropped the asking price by a thousand dollars. I reminded them that the car had been on their lot for 4+ months, with multiple accidents on its title and could potentially sell (even with its tainted history) if they lower the price. I said if they think they could sell the car for their asking price in its current state, by all means keep it and sell it. I liked the car yes, even with its issues but I will always find another car, it's not the one and only. They dropped $1,000 off asking price. Sticker Price: 9995 My cash offer: 8500 Counter offer: 9500 /10400 tax & tags incl. Warranty: 2000 Final car price: 8700 Interest: ~1700 For us, they utilized the 4 square method when negotiating (car price, trade in value, interest rate and monthly payment). Keith threw in a new set of car mats (car came with 3) and agreed to detail the car prior to picking up the vehicle after its been serviced. Ask for Keith Chambers, he is a great sales professional. Highly recommend. The dealership is very accommodating. I brought intelligent supporters to help with the negotiations and stuck to my guns. Ultimately I had a please experience at Jeff Diambr osso Auto Group. I will certainly purchase another car from them again. More
