I found the salesman, Mr Jim Balch, to be friendly, knowledgeable, and easy to deal with. He was able to get me into a van that I was very happy with, and did so with some innovation - getting heated knowledgeable, and easy to deal with. Milton Kenner was awesome! I found the used car I was looking on USAA website. When I arrived at the dealership he was the salesman that showed me the car and eventually sold it to me. I liked the car and price, but was not totally satisfied with the inside of the car. Milton was honest and friendly. He didn't make any promises about the price or alterations to the vehicle he could not keep. He honored the price on the USAA website that was advertised, even though I did not have a trade in. He had a service employee take care of the inside of vehicle the following Monday. The following Saturday, Milton picked me and my friend up at the train station in my new used car. I was completely satisfied and purchased the car. He took such great care of us that I have already referred a co-worker. It was a good used car buying experience. More
