I located this dealer via AAA while searching for a used car for my college aged son. I was very anxious about purchasing a used car that was both affordable and reliable. (I am a single parent and my son attends college over 400 miles away from home - so this was a stressful process for me.) Matt was welcoming and worked diligently to make me feel comfortable by answering all of my questions about the 2005 Honda Civic that we were considering. He went so far as to allow me to keep the car for a few days prior to the final purchase, in order to have time to take the car to my mechanic for a look over. (I live an hour away from the dealership.) The car had a few scratches and a hole in the bumper that Matt promised to touch up - much to my surprise, the touch up included a whole new bumper! Talk about customer service!! My son flew up to pick up the car a few days later and happily drove it back to college the same day. He loves his new "awesome" car! Thank you to Matt and Lenny who made this stressful process enjoyable and relaxing. I will surely consider visiting D'ambrosio for future auto needs. More

Heard that Fiat was coming back to the US & it took a year until I learned that Jeff D'Ambrosio would be the nearest dealer (50 miles). Never dealt with them before but started talking to them months ag year until I learned that Jeff D'Ambrosio would be the nearest dealer (50 miles). Never dealt with them before but started talking to them months ago & understood cars wouldn't be available until April. Got my new Fiat yesterday in their beautiful Fiat only studio. What a wonderful experience. Fiat salesman Edgar Floyd spent more time with me at delivery than salesmen who sold me much more expensive cars in the past. He said he will be my contact for anything & everything @ D'Ambrosio Fiat, unlike some who don't want to be bothered by the customer after the car is sold. Full tank of gas too. And the Fiat is great, just so much fun to drive. EVERYONE who sees it loves it. More

From the start, dealing with Tiffany has always been a pleasure. Tiffany was extremely caring & sensitive to our needs. This is not my first time working with Tiffany and I promise you, it won't be the last. Nick at the Frazer location went out of his way to make this deal happen. I find him to be an honest & credible finance mamager, again very rare these days. He took a great deal of time in researching our deal and always had our best interest in mind when dealing with the banks. From start to finish this deal took shorter than a few days to complete due to the drive of Tiffany & Nick to get this accomplished in a timely & efficient mannner. To be honest, a majority of this deal, better than 80%, was done via phone & email conversations. Tiffany & Nick did such a great job in painting a verbal & mental picture of the vehicle for us....we virtually bought this vehicle sight unseen! When we did physically see the vehicle at the dealership,it was everything that Tiffany & Nick described and more! To Whom it may concern, I had my truck in for service To Whom it may concern, I had my truck in for service for it's first oil change on Tuesday April 19th, (not positive on the date). The next Morning To Whom it may concern, I had my truck in for service for it's first oil change on Tuesday April 19th, (not positive on the date). The next Morning Wednesday April 20th, I noticed 2 small dents and a paint scraped on the right rear quarter above the tail light. There was no damage to the tail light, bumper etc. I've had this truck looked at and it was suggested that it looks like an exhaust pipe did this damage, possible my truck backing into another vehicle on a lift. I sent the pictures of the damage to Dave Baldwin and he was very helpful in trying to see if it happened at your dealer. I was however very disappointed that the service manager did not contact me or ask to see the truck. I do believe this did happen at your dealer, I have re-traced all my steps and there is no possible way it could have happened anywhere else. Needless to say my truck will not be back at D'ambrossio Dodge in Downingtown Pa. for service, I am very disappointed in the quality of work, since there is just no way this happened anywhere else.
