I've been going to this dealer for more than six years. As long as I live close to this dealership, I will always purchase and have my vehicles serviced there. My Fiancé and I have had nothing but the worst experience when getting our cars serviced at this dealership. While I can't say that they were rude or unfriendly to us, they certainly are either very crooked when getting our cars serviced at this dealership. While I can't say that they were rude or unfriendly to us, they certainly are either very crooked, lazy, or extremely inexperienced when it comes to service. We both have 2009 Mitsubishi Lancers (We have a Ralliart and an ES) and have been only receiving service at this dealership and every time we have gone for routine service checkups or recalls, there has been nothing but problems. The most disturbing issue is that for routine checkups, I am very suspicious that they do not do what is required of them. For example, my Fiancé was going for emissions/inspection and they stated that the treads were showing on the inside of the tires (this means that they were extremely worn and very close to a blow out.) Now keep in mind that this car is not even at 15000 miles yet, and the tires are rated for ~25000 miles. Apparently the reasoning behind this premature wear was due to not rotating the tires at the recommended (Manufacturers) specifications. They admitted that they should have rotated the tires more often (but didn't). The car was previously in, not even more than 3 months ago for a routine checkup and they stated that the tires were in excellent shape. As for my car, I am currently having trouble with acceleration and gas mileage. They should have done a routine inspection on my car and changed my oil, but there seems to be something neglected with my car. I have made an appointment with another service center to deal with this issue. Long story short, if you HAVE to use this dealership, PLEASE make sure that you double check what they have done. They like to ignore the service manual that comes with the car, but there is a reason why they have that in place. If they say that you don't need something until the next service, DO NOT listen to them. While you think they know best, they really don't. Question everything, and don't let them let you think that you don't know what your talking about. Look at your service manual and make sure they do everything there. If it's possible, please find another dealership...I know it can be hard in the Delaware County area as it's the only Mitsubishi dealership around, take the extra time and go to either Doylestown, Cherry Hill, or Turnersville. You might think I'm exaggerating, but you run the risk of putting your life at danger with these people. If they didn't look at the tires, what about the brakes? More

My experience with this dealership was great. To be completely honest I actually began my car buying process somewhere else (that place will remain unnamed). After looking at a couple of options there and talking to the salesman it was recommended that I take a trip to Jeff D'Ambrosio and meet with Bob Holmes. So I did. After meeting with Bob, we discussed my financials and he showed me a car that fit my budget and I was almost sold until I saw another vehicle. I left and talked this new option over with my gilrfriend and decided that this second option was what I wanted. When she and I returned to the dealership we let Bob know that we had decided on the second car and were ready to get the process started. Bob was very patient with me and addressed all my questions and concerns and made this an easy and smooth process. He and the finance manager were able to get me in the car that I wanted. So I left the dealership in my Scion xB as an extremely happy individual. I would and will definitely recommend this dealership and Bob Holmes to people that I know who are looking to buy a new or used vehicle. Thank you again! More

As a senior citizen, I have been fortunate to purchase many automobiles. I love owning a new car...I just am extremely uncomfortable showing up at an auto dealership and going through the hassle of the pu many automobiles. I love owning a new car...I just am extremely uncomfortable showing up at an auto dealership and going through the hassle of the purchase and ping-pong charade with the manager when it comes time to negotiate the final price. At this dealership there is none of that nonsense about " what do I have to do to put you in the car today?" My experience at this dealership was the very best of all my auto purchases. Their motto," come to our dealership as a customer...leave as a friend," was true for me. My sales representative, Brooks Donohue, was extremely knowledgeable about the product we purchased. He was patient with his demonstrations and timely with his contacts. He delivered exactly what I ordered and what "goodies" he promised. I would not hesitate to make another purchase at D'Ambrosio's dealership. And, I would recommend a friend check them out before he bought another auto. More

This was the worst experience we have ever had with a car purchase! We found the car online and when we purchased the car they charged $2000 more and said "it had something to do with the bank fees". We checked with the bank on our own and there was NO truth to this!!! When we got the car- the interior was still damp from the shampoo- so we didn't smell the overwhelming smoke stench that is still there 2 months later!!! We had to bring the car back for MANY problems before we ever really got to drive it! Rear defrost did not work- told it was fine and when we brought it in the second time for other issues a week later- we were told that they fixed the defrost.!!! All kinds of dash warning lights on. They had to take it to a Honda dealer twice because they couldn't fix the problems and we were without the car for over a week one of the times! When they diagnosed the rear defrost problem- they actually had the salesman call and ask us to foot the 1300$ bill!!!! We had only had the car for days!!! Absolutely ridiculous!!! We have actually had many friends purchase new cars since then and we have warned them NOT to go to D'Ambrosio!!! Our daughter loves the car but we are extremely disappointed with this dealership!!!! What a horrible experience! And they are my daughter's first business experience! I had to make sure she was aware that all business people are not like this!!! More
