HORRIBLE follow up, service and customer service!! After being at the dealership for 4 hours to purchase the truck, we drove it home and found a clunking noise when we got off the smooth highway. I called several times, leaving messages, speaking to several people (Jason & Mike) and someone finally called back after 3 days. They told me to bring it down to look at it, and a mechanic said they heard a noise, bring it back to look at it. Brought it back and another mechanic looked at it said no noise. We had a 3rd mechanic look at it said there was a noise, but cant do anything about it. The mechanics at a dealership should know what they are doing, but they don't. I asked to speak to a manager and they said they were off, he call you tomorrow. It is all a run around, everyone there passes your problem around and doesn't want to fix it. VERY POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE! More

My expectations were exceeded when I went in to purchase here for the first time! Joe, a manager in internet sales, helped me through the entire buying process and really made me feel at ease. I’ve never went in to purchase a car alone and it was a breeze with his help. Brent, who helped me with warranty information and paperwork was also great. He helped make the paperwork easy to understand for a beginner and I didn’t feel like I was “signing my life away” as they say. Jeff himself seems to make it a point to meet every guest who walks into the building which makes the shopping experience feel very personal and genuine. I will definitely refer my friends and family to buy from this dealership in the future and I will certainly be a repeat customer! More
